Duties:

Drive formulation of documentation, standards, and production support processes for the Cloud Data Warehouse production platforms and applications aligned with enterprise policies.

Develop, maintain, and support large-scale and complex ETL and distributed Big Data applications.

Proactively detect, troubleshoot, and resolve all issues affecting production applications with developmental and external team coordination.

Own all production support issues advanced to DaRT until they are resolved, or a workaround is provided to end users.

Provide clear, concise, and timely communication to affected parties during the investigation and resolution of any individual or system-wide outages.

Ensure and carry out the Change Management hygiene for all changes propagated to production from a support and Steady State transition standpoint.

Assist development teams at the appropriate stages in application development to ensure any new systems or projects meet the Production Readiness standards.

What you have

Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Employer will accept 3-year Bachelor’s degree or 4-year Bachelor’s degree). Requires 5 years of progressive, post-bachelor’s related experience. Experience must include 3 years of experience in each of the following skills:
Informatica Power Center and Informatica ETL tool; RDBMS platforms, including Oracle, Teradata, and MS SQL; ITSM Tools Remedy, Service Now, Jira, and Git Hub;
Autosys and Control M;
Shell Scripting;
Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services; and Google Big Query, GCS bucket, and Data Proc (or similar technology platform such as Snowflake or AWS).

Expected salary: $74.86 – 79.23 per hour
