PlanIT Group is hiring 3 BA/PMs on a long‑term contract (Remote) with potential for full‑time conversion after 12‑14 months.

• Document project requirements, assist in creating process and technology solutions, create User Stories, handle UAT, and analyze multiple problems.
• Act as a liaison between business and technology to ensure satisfaction.
• Help mature an Agile Scrum environment across all platforms.
• Facilitate backlog grooming sessions and scrum meetings.

• Facilitate discussions to elicit functional and technical requirements from stakeholders.
• Lead backlog grooming and scrum meetings.
• Engage with business users to understand needs, analyze, and document requirements.
• Explain system features and benefits of the product line to customers.
• Collaborate with developers to refine requirement definitions considering technology constraints.
• Serve as subject‑matter expert to clarify developer inquiries during development.
• Create release notes with the development team.
• Document EPICs, Features, and User Stories in Azure Dev Ops.
• Influence business process improvements and product roadmap.
• Assist engineers with debugging/troubleshooting data accuracy in day‑to‑day work and production support.
• Research external systems as needed for reverse engineering or data extraction and validation.

• Proven experience in project management.

• Solid understanding of Scrum and Agile principles and SDLC.
• Business Analysis Core Standard per IIBA.
• Backlog grooming practices.
• Scrum Master ceremonies.

• 5+ years as Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or Systems Analyst.
• Strong experience in a software development environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Agile/Scrum and project management tools.
• Experience with use case diagrams and process flow creation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Experience in fast‑paced, change‑oriented environments.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Managing multiple projects with competing priorities.
• Product support experience preferred.
• Experience with Azure Dev Ops, Microsoft products, and Service Now.
• Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field.

• Microsoft Project, Azure Dev Ops/TFS, MS Teams, SQL Server, Power BI.
