Location: Remote with Travel (20% travel)

Type: Full Time

Salary: $45,000-$62,000 + monthly bonus potential.

Contract duration: Approximately 2-3 months

The ABC talent team is on a mission to discover and hire the best human beings to grow with us. We are hiring a Senior Talent Advisor to help expand our footprint and ensure children have access to ABA services. As a Clinical Talent Advisor, you will play an integral role in hiring our most sought‑after talent (clinical) across ABC.

• Manage the entire attraction process from identifying qualified talent to crafting competitive offers.
• Provide thought partnership to shape and match the needs of ABC and the market.
• Foster trust‑based relationships with candidates, understanding their requirements and concerns.
• Identify and attract qualified clinical talent (e.g., Behavior Analysts in Training).
• Analyze effectiveness through search progress reports, status updates, and market trend presentations to senior leadership.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience.
• High volume experience preferred.
• Experience partnering with executives and hiring managers throughout the recruiting cycle.
• Experience solving complex problems, designing creative strategies, and delivering impact as a talent leader.
• Fun, go‑getter personality that plays well with others and has grit to get the job done.
