The JobThe ABC talent team is on a mission to discover and hire the best human beings to grow with us. We are hiring a Senior Talent Advisor to expand our footprint across the country and ensure children have access to ABA services. As a Clinical Talent Advisor, you will play an integral role in hiring our most sought‑after clinical talent.
What You'll Do- Manage the entire attraction process from identifying qualified talent to crafting the most competitive offer
- Provide thought partnership to shape and best match the needs of ABC and the talent in the market
- Foster trust‑based relationships with candidates, gaining a close understanding of their requirements and concerns
- Identify and attract qualified clinical talent (e.g., Behavior Analysts in Training)
- Analyze effectiveness of efforts through search progress reports, status updates, and market trend/feedback presentations to senior leadership
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 3+ years of recruiting experience
- High volume experience preferred
- Experience partnering with executives and hiring managers throughout the recruiting cycle
- Experience solving complex problems, designing creative strategies, and delivering impact as a talent leader
