Job Title: Bilingual Recruiter (Contract-to-Hire)
Location: Austin, TX
Pay: $33/hour
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM
Benefits: This position qualifies for medical, dental, vision and 401K benefits.
About Our ClientAddison Group is partnering with a well-established company that is seeking a skilled Recruiter to join their HR team. This position will focus on managing the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles, with a strong emphasis on hiring blue-collar talent such as construction workers.
Job DescriptionThe Recruiter will take ownership of the hiring process from start to finish. This includes creating job postings, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and guiding selected hires through onboarding. The ideal candidate is highly organized, bilingual in English and Spanish, and comfortable being the primary point of contact for all recruitment activities.
Key Responsibilities- Build and execute recruiting strategies that align with workforce needs
- Draft and post clear, engaging job descriptions across multiple platforms
- Source, screen, and schedule qualified candidates for interviews
- Maintain accurate candidate information within an ATS
- Collaborate with managers to identify hiring needs and make recommendations
- Oversee onboarding processes and ensure compliance with employment documentation
- Track recruiting performance and adjust strategies as needed
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter
- Prior success hiring blue-collar, field, or skilled trade roles
- Strong administrative and compliance knowledge, including onboarding and I-9
