HR serves as a strategic commercial partner across all departments to drive business results. We are seeking a proactive, self‑driven professional to join our team. This newly created role will focus on compensation administration, playing a pivotal role in administering and executing core compensation cycles, including, but not limited to, sales incentives, corporate bonus admin, long‑term incentive grants and vesting, and merit administration. The ideal candidate will be data‑driven, intellectually curious, and a self‑starter who is passionate about Total Rewards and making an impact. Administration

Key Responsibilities
  • Supports the Compensation Infrastructure team and plays a vital role in administering and executing the firm’s compensation cycles and events.
  • Maintains all compensation‑related timelines and activities, including the coordination and scheduling of key Compensation Committee meetings and preparation events.
  • Upkeeps documents and templates, like communication packets and mail‑merge files that support the administration of cyclical compensation events.
  • Serves as Equity Administrator, partnering closely with external vendors and internal stakeholders (Finance, Legal) to ensure system integrity, data accuracy, and timely processing of equity grants, vesting events, dividend payrolls, and miscellaneous reporting.
  • Triages and manages incoming requests via AskHR ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution or proper escalation to relevant compensation team members.
  • Maintains and updates compensation plan documentation (like the Sales Incentive Plan) to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance.
  • Oversees ongoing edits of both employee‑ready knowledge base articles as well as internal process documentation to support team efficiency and consistency.
  • Supports the building out of compensation team source book, creating standard operating procedures in a centralized format.
  • May be asked to work on other administrative tasks and/or projects.
Compensation Analysis
  • Supports the development and implementation of competitive compensation reporting tailored to Dimensional’s organizational needs.
  • Monitors industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compensation practices remain compliant and competitive.
Compliance & Reporting
  • Ensures adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements and other industry‑specific guidelines.
  • May support pay equity analyses and compliance with internal governance and external reporting standards.
Qualifications
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
  • Experience:

    2‑4 years of experience in HR, Finance/Accounting, Business Operations, Analytics, or related field (prior compensation experience not required).
  • Curious and eager to learn, and comfortable operating with ambiguity while helping to establish and improve new processes.
  • Sound judgement with ability to resolve issues independently or accelerate appropriately; exercises discretion and maintains confidentiality when handling sensitive compensation information.
  • Willing to handle detailed, process‑driven work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Productivity Suite products or similar tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).
