** In this role, you will help design and deliver learning experiences that support employee growth, leadership development, and culture-building across the organization. You’ll gain hands-on experience working on global learning programs in a fast-paced SaaS environment. Help promote and support key programs such as emerging leader development, mentoring programs, skills mapping, employee experience and career development.
Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Education, Business, Data Science or a related field
Strong communication and presentation skills
Comfort working with data (Excel/Sheets experience a plus)
Ability to collaborate in a global, fast-paced environment
Experience with facilitation, program management, and learning technologies
