Responsibilities
Kforce has a client in Austin, TX that is seeking an HR Technology Consultant with strong Rippling expertise to support client HR and IT teams. This consultant will deliver hands‑on configuration, optimization, and advisory services across the Rippling platform, enabling secure, automated, and scalable HR solutions that support the full employee lifecycle.
- Serve as the technical advisor for Rippling implementations and post‑go‑live optimization
- Provide guidance on Rippling best practices, automation strategies, and data structure design
- Evaluate trade‑offs between Rippling out‑of‑the‑box functionality and custom workflows
- Lead technical discovery sessions and translate business requirements into Rippling solutions
- Analyze current HR, payroll, benefits, and position management configurations
- Identify gaps and recommend integrations or practical workarounds
- Configure Rippling modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Security
- Support payroll tax setup, off‑cycle payroll, and GL integrations (Net Suite)
- Manage benefits administration, open enrollment, carrier connections, and ACA compliance
- Advise on role‑based access control (RBAC) and security best practices
- Facilitate end‑user testing and validation
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, IT, or equivalent experience
- 4–7 years of HR technology implementation or administration experience
- Hands‑on experience in at least two Rippling areas: full‑cycle implementation, payroll & tax, benefits administration, or app/IT automation
- Strong analytical, client‑facing, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
This job is not eligible for bonuses, incentives or commissions.
