Talent Acquisition Specialist

GQR is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help scale our Healthcare division.

This is a high-impact, full-cycle recruiting role focused on attracting, engaging, and hiring experienced talent into the business. You’ll collaborate directly with leadership, influence hiring strategy, and play a key role in long-term team buildout.

• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing → interview → offer → Day 1 experience
• Headhunt high-performing producers from competitor firms
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline supporting our NYC, Austin, and Omaha hubs
• Partner with managers, directors, and executive leadership on hiring strategy
• Bring real-time market insight and competitor intel into hiring conversations

• 3+ years in an internal Talent Acquisition role
• Familiarity with healthcare staffing
• Agency experience preferred (not required)
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, growth environments
• Confidence headhunting and closing experienced recruiters
• Strong communication skills with a high standard for candidate experience
