Senior Recruiter - Tech Delivery (Software Engineering & AI)

$60,000 - $70,000 Base + Uncapped Commission

We're looking for a Delivery Recruiter to join our Client Solutions team, specializing in Software Engineering and emerging AI markets across California.

This is a delivery-focused position supporting high-growth startups, scaling tech businesses, and global brands.

• Building and managing talent pipelines across Software Engineering & AI
• Engaging top-tier passive candidates in competitive markets
• Owning the candidate journey from outreach to offer
• Work closely with account managers & clients for full exposure on the sales process so you can hear directly what clients need & be a true partner
• Working with the top tier candidates & clients that are hard to find but also worth it! (high fees, well funded start ups, etc.)
• Partnering closely with a proven top biller, who will be invested in continuing to grow your skills
• Delivering shortlists that genuinely impact client growth

• 2-3+ years agency 180 recruitment experience (Direct Hire & Tech preferred, but not required)
• Strong sourcing skills and confidence approaching passive talent (Headhunting, Referrals, etc.)
• Experience managing candidate full life cycles (sourcing, qualification, pre-close, interview prep, post-placement care)
• Experience recruiting into Software Engineering (ideal)
• Familiar with working with both traditional & creative sourcing tools
• Experienced in a performance-based environment, hitting/exceeding metrics & targets
• Curious about AI and emerging tech markets (Software Engineering, Machine Learning, Agentic AI, LLMs)

• Competitive base salary + uncapped commission

• Year 1 OTE $150k - $200k, Year 2 OTE $200k +
