Pay Rate

$24-$26/hr.

Responsibilities
  • Support the recruitment lifecycle from job posting through candidate onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers to create and refine job descriptions and clearly define role requirements
  • Draft and post job advertisements across appropriate job boards and sourcing platforms
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews using structured and effective screening methods
  • Evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit while ensuring timelines and service level agreements are met
  • Maintain accurate recruiting data and provide reporting and analytics as needed

    Build strong relationships with candidates and serve as a primary point of contact throughout the hiring process
  • Leverage recruiting best practices to continuously improve processes and candidate experience
  • Assist with additional projects and initiatives aligned with company goals and values
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting or recruiting coordination
  • Experience conducting various types of interviews and managing selection processes
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases (Bamboo

    HR, ATS, CMS preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities within established processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Sound judgment and decision-making abilities
