- 3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, business development, business operations or account management.
- 2 years of experience in recruiting for technical or non-technical profiles in an agency or corporate setting.
- 4 years of full cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting.
- 3 years of experience closing applicants and negotiating complex compensation packages leveraging experience participating for talent.
- Experience in solving complex problems and delivering significant impact as an individual contributor.
- Ability to manage customer relationship management, provide customer consultative skills, and work in a large-team environment.
- Excellent communication and people management skills, with the ability to take initiative and build relationships.
- Excellent organizational skills with effective attention to detail.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $107,000-$153,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
