Pay Rate

$24.00 - $26.00/hr.

Responsibilities
  • First point of contact to handle TIER 1 level inquiries from employees, managers and HR professionals related to Benefits, Payroll etc.
  • Promptly escalation issues appropriately to team manager
  • Accurately maintain employee records
  • Tasked with problem analysis and resolution
  • Provide suggestions and/or recommendations for changes to applicable processes or tools as recognized from functioning in the role on a daily basis
  • Executes and enhances process work supported by the People Solutions organization
  • Partners with other People Solutions teams to promote team alignment
  • Audits and updates HR data, systems and vendors
  • Updates and improves the knowledge repository to enable team to take ownership of a higher percentage of inbound inquiries. Actively identifies opportunities for educating team
  • Continually evaluates existing work processes and prospective processes work to ensure the most effective use of resources and tools
  • Looks for trends in issues and makes recommendations for process improvements
  • May be asked to do simple reporting and should be able to pull data from the system and collate/format data in a report as and when required
  • Scan, store and retrieve employee documents
  • Maintains confidentiality all the time as it pertains to all Human Resource and Payroll information
  • Adheres to the Code of Conduct and Mission and Value statement of the company
  • Provides prompt, courteous and accurate customer support in resolution of human resource transactions
  • Have a good understanding of Service Level agreements (SLA), assignments & escalations
  • Have the ability to analyze trends of commonly asked questions and issues and work with the team lead/analyst to provide suggestions to improving process
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 6 months of work experience or a Bachelor's Degree
  • 2 or more years of work experience
  • Strong communication, organizational and customer service skills
  • High confidentiality and integrity
  • Proven ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment while maintaining good relationships with co-workers and supervisors
  • Fast learner
  • Ability to work on multiple systems at any given time
  • 2-3 years of HR experience
  • Experience working for a global company
  • Workday, Service Now (or any ticketing system) experience a plus
Pay Transparency

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $24.00 - $26.00/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
