Here's how you'll become a key player with this opportunity:
We're hiring a Recruiter who thrives in contract/temp staffing and understands the nuances of managing MSP requisitions. This person will play a vital role in filling roles quickly and efficiently using both traditional sourcing strategies and Next Deavor's AI-enabled recruiting automation tools.
Here's how you'll make an impact on our team:
- Manage a high volume of contract and temporary staffing requisitions across creative, marketing, digital, operations, and technical functions for enterprise clients like Adobe.
- Source, engage, and qualify candidates within tight turnarounds, balancing speed with quality.
- Leverage Next Deavor's AI-powered automation platform to streamline sourcing, outreach, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with account managers and client contacts to deeply understand role requirements, workforce priorities, and MSP compliance.
- Navigate VMS tools (e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline, Wand) to submit candidates and track requisition progress.
- Provide timely updates and maintain excellent documentation in our ATS and VMS systems.
- Proactively build pipelines for commonly recurring roles and anticipate client needs.
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the contingent hiring process.
- 2-5 years of staffing or recruiting experience, with a strong focus on contract/temp hiring in an MSP or VMS environment.
- Experience filling high-volume, quick-turn contract roles.
- Strong sourcing skills and comfort with AI-driven recruiting platforms.
- Familiarity with staffing operations and compliance standards related to contingent labor.
- Effective communicator who thrives in a performance-driven, remote-first team.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable adopting automation and workflow tools.
- Experience supporting clients in the marketing, tech, or digital sectors.
- Knowledge of contingent workforce policies and vendor relations.
- A passion for talent tech and optimizing recruiting workflows.
