This position is both strategic and operational- building scalable systems while remaining close to and responsive to the day-to-day needs of the organization.
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
* Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with company strategic goals.
* Serve as a trusted advisor to the senior leadership team on workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and culture.
* Lead organizational development initiatives to enhance performance, engagement, and accountability.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
* Design and oversee global recruitment strategy for corporate roles.
* Build scalable hiring processes and employer branding initiatives.
* Partner with department leaders to forecast talent needs and develop succession pipelines.
Employee Experience & Culture
* Champion and evolve company culture in alignment with brand values and performance expectations.
* Oversee onboarding, engagement surveys, performance management, and retention strategies.
Performance & Leadership Development
* Implement and manage performance management frameworks, including goal-setting and feedback systems.
* Design leadership development programs for high-potential and emerging leaders.
* Support managers with coaching tools and training resources.
Compensation & Benefits
* Develop and maintain competitive compensation structures aligned with market benchmarks.
* Oversee benefits strategy, vendor management, and annual renewals.
* Ensure pay equity and compliance across jurisdictions.
Compliance & Risk Management
* Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international employment laws.
* Oversee HR policies, employee relations, investigations, and risk mitigation.
* Manage HRIS systems and maintain accurate employee data and reporting.
