The ideal candidate has a strong background in manufacturing and engineering recruitment and can quickly step in to manage a high volume of technical requisitions.

This position requires someone who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume, and complex manufacturing environment, partnering closely with hiring managers to maintain momentum on critical roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing and engineering positions
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring priorities
  • Source, screen, and qualify candidates for engineering and technical manufacturing roles
  • Drive recruiting efforts for positions including:
  • Process Engineering
  • Quality Engineering
  • Other technical and manufacturing engineering roles

  • Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing organizations (experience in environments similar to Flex is a plus)
  • Ability to ramp up quickly and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
Preferred Attributes
  • Comfortable working onsite or in close partnership with plant leadership
  • Strong sense of urgency and ownership
  • Able to balance quality of hire with speed and business needs
