Experience:
Champion a seamless and positive candidate journey throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to onboarding. - Data-Driven Recruitment:
Provide insightful data and weekly updates to hiring managers, enabling informed decision-making and optimizing recruitment processes. - Process Optimization:
Continuously evaluate and refine recruiting strategies based on applicant data and passive outreach response rates, driving continuous improvement and efficiency. - Hiring Velocity:
Drive hiring managers and teams to prompt hiring decisions, ensuring timely fulfillment of critical roles. - Innovative
Collaboration:
Bring fresh, innovative ideas to a collaborative recruiting team, contributing to the development of cutting-edge recruitment practices.
- Technical Acumen:
Demonstrated understanding of modern technologies, including React Native, AI, ML, Python, and related fields, enabling you to effectively assess and engage technical candidates. - Sense of Urgency:
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver results with a strong sense of urgency. - Exceptional Organizational
Skills:
Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple requisitions and priorities effectively. - Passive Sourcing:
Expertise in utilizing various recruiter tools to effectively source and engage passive candidates. - Candidate Experience Focus:
Commitment to delivering a world-class candidate and hiring manager experience. - Requisition Management:
Proven ability to manage a requisition load of 7-15 roles concurrently - Experience:
5+ years of in-house technical recruiting experience
