Overview

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a HR Operations Manager to join their team. As a HR Operations Manager, you will be part of the HR department supporting the HR M&A Operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong process execution skills, attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: HR Operations Manager

Location: Austin, TX (onsite 3 days per week)

• Support key transaction activities related to HR M&A operations
• Translate project plans into reliable transactional outcomes, minimizing operational risks
• Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition, Legal, HR M&A Team, and cross-functional groups
• Gather, validate, and share HR operations data such as employee records, payroll cycles, and terminations
• Identify operational risks and document mitigation strategies to ensure smooth integrations

• At least 5 years of experience in HR operations or HR Generalist roles
• Strong systems and data management skills
• Practical judgment and process execution discipline
• Ability to work calmly under pressure and manage ambiguity
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
