About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Total Rewards Manager to join our team. This role will lead the design, delivery, enablement and continuous enhancement of our global compensation and benefit programs. You will play a key role in ensuring our total reward programs are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our business and people strategies.

As a Total Rewards Manager, you will independently lead complex projects, analyze data to inform decisions, and collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and department managers. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes initiative, moves work forward with minimal direction, and thrives in a fast-paced, global environment. You combine analytical rigor and problem-solving with excellent employee support and engagement.

Compensation
  • Provide compensation subject matter expertise to stakeholders and advise on talent attraction and retention best practices and reward programs.
  • Lead compensation projects such as job architecture, career frameworks, and salary structure development and upkeep.
  • Drive key parts of the annual compensation planning process, including merit, market adjustment, promotions, bonus, and sales incentive plans.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, Recruiting, and business leaders to provide guidance on job leveling, offers, and compensation recommendations.
  • Analyze and report on compensation trends, internal equity and alignment, taking initiative to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Participate in compensation surveys and conduct global market benchmarking and pay analyses to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.
Benefits
  • Lead the design, governance, and delivery of local and enterprise-wide benefit programs such as healthcare, risk, voluntary benefits, retirement, paid time off, etc.
  • Partner with local HR, brokers, and vendors to implement benefit changes, renewals, and employee communications.
  • Lead the annual benefits enrollment, benefits education and information sessions, and ongoing employee communication, support and engagement.
  • Analyze benefits utilization, cost trends, and employee feedback to recommend enhancements.
  • Manage leave of absence program in partnership with third–pary LOA administrator. Ensure compliance with local and federal sick/disability and family leave regulations.
  • Administer global recognition program program and day-to-day operations.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards across countries, proactively identifying risk areas or gaps.
Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • 8+ years experience in global total rewards required with demonstrated expertise in compensation and benefits.
  • Experience in global organization required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; highly proficient in Excel/Sheets and comfortable with UKG and compensation tools such as Pave or Barley.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results with limited direction.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to execute quickly and accurately.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills—able to simplify complex information and communicate clearly.
  • Collaborative and proactive team player comfortable working across functions, cultures, and time zones.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance data-driven decision-making with an eye for employee experience.
Preferred Skills And Qualifications
  • Technology industry experience
  • CEBS, CBP, CCP certification
  • Experience in equity compensation analysis and administration

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well market and business considerations:
Summary Pay Range: $112,000-$140,000
