Executive Recruiter

We are a partnering with a fast-growing executive search firm in Austin. As part of continued growth, they are hiring Executive Search Consultants to help build and scale the Austin office. This is a hands‑on role suited for someone who enjoys ownership, client interaction, and working in an entrepreneurial environment.

• Lead end-to-end executive search assignments (Senior Manager through C‑suite)
• Partner with clients to understand hiring needs, organizational structure, and talent strategy
• Build and manage strong candidate pipelines through research, outreach, and networking
• Conduct in-depth candidate assessments and manage interview processes
• Develop long‑term client relationships and contribute to business development efforts
• Collaborate with a growing team in Austin and globally

• Experience in executive search or Agency recruitment (Must have Perm placement background)
• Comfort working on retained or exclusive searches (or strong interest in transitioning into retained)
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to help build and grow a business
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship‑building skills
