Human Resources Generalist

As an HR Generalist in the Construction industry, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the HR department. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Your ultimate goal will be to create a positive work environment that fosters employee engagement and productivity.

• 5+ years of experience in HR.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of attention to detail.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems; preferably ADP.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

• Occasional travel to provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR‑related issues, including performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
