This is an opportunity to build and lead a recruitment business in one of the fastest-growing professional markets in the US.

We’re partnering with a recruitment group who have expanded into Austin and looking for high-performing recruitment consultants ready to take ownership, scale operations, and grow a professional-sector-focused business from the ground up.

• Base Salary: $70k–$120k (DOE) + uncapped bonus
• Equity Opportunity – Genuine ownership in the business you help build

• Experienced 360 recruitment consultants with 2.5+ years’ experience
• Proven billers with strong client and candidate management skills
• Professional-sector recruiters only (e.g. finance, legal, HR, tech, engineering, consulting, corporate functions)
• Entrepreneurial mindset — motivated by ownership, growth, and leadership
• Future leaders ready to build a desk into a full P&L

• Launch and grow recruitment operations within the Austin market
• Develop new client relationships while managing existing accounts
