POSITION SUMMARYHuman Resource (HR) Business Partners play a key role in executing a wide range of HR functions. This position focuses on providing support and guidance for new, relocating, expanding, or closing sites, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance with local and country regulations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Serve as a subject‑matter expert in HR for project teams.
- Create and maintain project schedules to meet milestones and critical tasks.
- Provide solutions for HR needs including compensation, hiring, performance appraisal systems, employee relations, handbooks, and policy development.
- Track employee data to ensure sites are set up for success.
- Provide regular updates to project teams, leadership, and stakeholders.
- Escalate issues or risks to appropriate leaders.
- Support permanent HR functions for new sites, including maintaining personnel files, HRIS and payroll records, benefits enrollment, and hiring functions.
- Support site closures and related HR tasks.
- Communicate company policies and support policy enforcement.
- Research employment laws and HR policies; communicate findings effectively.
- Travel 30%‑50% of the time, locally and nationwide as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in Human Resources.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze HR processes and provide practical recommendations.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Working knowledge of local HR laws and regulations.
- Customer‑service focus and high sense of urgency.
- Ability to work independently and handle ambiguity.
- High level of interpersonal skills for handling sensitive situations.
- Leadership potential and professional acumen.
