Bilingual Recruiter - Construction Trades

If you have at least 2 years of recent experience in high-volume staffing or HR with the ability to communicate in English and Spanish, we'd like you to join our team! POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Staffing Recruiters are responsible for sourcing candidates based on client needs and doing full cycle recruiting.

RECRUITER JOB DUTIES:

• Follow client guidelines to source candidates for position openings.
• Conduct interviews to identify candidates.
• Place job postings via online career pages, job boards, etc.
• Screen resumes and applications.
• Update account managers on hiring status.
• Enter applicant data into ATS.
• Candidate/Employee communications including texting app.
• Resolve employee issues in a quick and timely manner.
• Terminate employees while following company guidelines.
• All other duties as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in staffing or similar
• Knowledge of HR procedures.
• Effectively communicate in both English and Spanish (Preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Experience with various interview formats, including phone screening calls, in-person interviews, and group interviews.
• Knowledge of resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient with PCs and MS Office.
• Experience evaluating candidates.
