. We are a boutique HR consulting firm that partners with small and medium‑size businesses to support their people operations needs.

Location: Austin, TX (hybrid work model – primarily remote with onsite support as needed). Local and international travel may be required from time to time.

Base pay range: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year. Total compensation (base + bonus) can reach $106,250+.

• Day‑to‑day HR support: Assist HR Business Partners with client onboarding, offboarding, general HR administration, employee relations, investigations, health & safety programs, and other HR disciplines.
• Compliance support: Align HR processes with local employment laws; create and implement policies, handbooks, health & safety programs, and support HR audits.
• Recruitment support: Manage client recruitment efforts—prepare job outlines, review resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, coordinate client interviews, reference checks, and draft offer letters.
• Software management: Oversee client HR software updates, spearhead HRIS implementations, and manage learning management systems and other related software.
• Project support: Support HR programs such as performance management, compensation design, KPI reporting, and ad‑hoc requests.
• On‑site HR support: Attend client meetings, conduct workplace investigations, inspections, and provide on‑site assistance as required.

• Minimum 2 years in a client‑facing HR support role.
• Minimum 1 year full‑cycle high‑volume recruitment experience (4–6 requisitions concurrently).
• Degree or diploma in HR or related field.
• Professional HR designation (CHRP) is an asset.
• Well‑versed in employment legislation and relevant regulations (Health & Safety, Pay Equity, Accessibility Act, Workers’ Compensation, etc.).
• Self‑motivated, flexible, and able to meet client needs and project deadlines.
• Data analysis skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; deliver exceptional customer service.
• Technology proficiency—experience with HR systems, Microsoft Office, Google Drive, HRIS, and payroll software.
• Project management knowledge is a plus.
