Global Talent Acquisition Manager

The Global Talent Acquisition Manager defines, implements, and manages the full‑cycle recruiting strategy for Chartbeat. This hands‑on builder role requires actively managing a heavy requisition load while designing the core talent acquisition function—including processes, systems, metrics, and employer branding—and collaborating with People & Culture and HR partners across the organization.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the Requisition Load: Personally manage and drive the end‑to‑end recruitment process for all open positions across the organization, from entry‑level to senior leadership roles.
  • Sourcing & Candidate Engagement: Develop and execute creative, multi‑channel sourcing strategies (Linked In Recruiter, job boards, networking, niche communities) to build robust pipelines of qualified candidates.

    Experience:

    Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining consistent, timely communication and acting as the brand ambassador for the company.
  • Interview Process Management: Facilitate scheduling, gather feedback, and continuously calibrate interview teams.
  • Negotiation & Closing: In collaboration with the Chief People Officer, lead compensation conversations, extend offers, and effectively negotiate to secure top talent.

Partnership Management
:
Oversee relationships with external recruiting agencies, negotiating terms and ensuring alignment on candidate quality and process.

Strategy & Function Building
  • Process Design: Design, document, and implement standardized, scalable recruiting processes, tools, and best practices.
  • System Optimization: Lead the build‑out, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of Greenhouse, configuring workflows, managing user permissions, ensuring data integrity, and leveraging features to maximize recruiter efficiency and reporting.
  • Employer Branding: Develop and execute strategies to enhance the company’s employer brand in partnership with Marketing.

Coaching & Training
:
Deliver training and coaching programs for hiring managers and interview teams on structured interviewing techniques, diversity hiring strategies, and legal compliance.

  • Metrics & Reporting: Establish recruiting metrics (Time‑to‑Hire, Cost‑per‑Hire, Quality‑of‑Hire) and provide regular reports to leadership.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Design and drive strategies to promote diversity and inclusion throughout the recruitment process.
HR Partnership & Support
  • Onboarding Integration: Collaborate with People & Culture to ensure a seamless transition from offer acceptance to the first day, enhancing the new‑hire onboarding experience.
  • HR Project Support: Assist the broader People & Culture team with projects, administrative tasks, and compliance work as capacity allows.
  • Performance Management Input: Provide strategic input on talent gaps and training needs identified during recruiting.
What You’ll Bring
  • 8+ years of global talent acquisition experience, ideally in tech or SaaS.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Extensive experience with Greenhouse ATS highly preferred.
  • High degree of discretion, good judgment, and strong problem‑solving skills.
  • People‑oriented relationship builder who maintains positive, effective relationships across all levels.
  • Process‑oriented and comfortable collaborating with a small, close‑knit team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong technical skills with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, etc.
  • Respect for diverse customs and cultures in global hiring.
  • Residence in Eastern or Central time zones strongly preferred.
