Base Salary - $43,000 + Uncapped Commission (1st Year OTE $80,000)

• You will be managing the complete recruitment life cycle, bringing on board new clients, sourcing candidates, and overseeing the entire interview process.
• Talent acquisition:
  Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Process management:
  Managing the full recruitment cycle from first contact until completion. Arranging and preparing candidates for interviews, feedback management, closing deals and post-placement follow ups.

• Actively networking with candidates and industry connections, market mapping, and using various databases and social media.
• Market intelligence:
  Generating leads from interactions with industry professionals and keeping up to date with market news.

You will be provided with bespoke training and all the right tools needed to be successful in this role to achieve your next promotion - with a tailored progression pathway for each consultant.
