• Manage the full 360 recruitment process, including client development, candidate sourcing, interviews, and successful placements

• Build and maintain deep relationships with engineering and energy-focused clients across Austin and nationally

• Provide consultative support to clients on hiring strategies, team structure, and market trends

• Source high-caliber candidates through platforms like Linked In, job boards, and referrals

• Guide candidates through every step of the process, from first contact to offer acceptance

• Drive business growth by hitting revenue goals and working toward future leadership opportunities

• At least 2 years of experience in full-desk or 360 recruitment, ideally within engineering or energy

• A strong history of business development success, with experience closing deals and growing client relationships

• Solid understanding of the engineering and energy landscape, with experience hiring for roles in:

  • Renewable Energy and Power Distribution

  • Battery, Hydrogen, and Solar Technologies

  • Nuclear Power and Transmission

  • Oil and Gas, Petrochemicals, and Utilities

  • Energy Infrastructure and Power Generation

• A strategic, consultative mindset with excellent communication and client management skills

• Self-starter mentality, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
