About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced, customer-focused Senior Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be a key partner in scaling our high-performance organization as you manage full-cycle recruiting, serving as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and business leaders to drive candidate generation strategies. You’ll bring deep sourcing expertise, a data-driven mindset, and a passion for candidate experience, playing a pivotal role in attracting and hiring top-tier talent across a range of departments and roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and engage active and passive candidates through advanced sourcing techniques and tools, developing effective strategies to attract top talent for the company’s ongoing growth efforts.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high interview-to-offer ratios.
  • Develop and incorporate an effective recruitment strategy to meet hiring needs across the business, building and maintaining networks of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management.
  • Work with the business and HR leadership to determine appropriate salary ranges and negotiate compensation with candidates.
  • Partner directly with hiring managers to achieve budgeted workforce planning efforts, developing tailored recruitment strategies aligned with business goals
  • Produce and update job descriptions, post open requisitions, and manage the candidate onboarding experience through Paycom HRIS.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, reflecting Continental General’s brand and values and promoting our outstanding company culture
  • Advise on compensation, market trends, and competitive positioning
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics to drive process improvements and hiring efficiency, implementing best practices and instilling excellence across the team
  • Collaborate on talent pipeline and branding initiatives (job fairs, networking events, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent years of education and experience required
  • 7+ years of candidate generation, recruiting or sourcing experience
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and acceptance/joining strategies.
  • Strong orientation to Recruiting KPI's
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and collaborate with a focus on problem resolution.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
