Tarvos Talent is seeking an HR & Employee Relations Generalist for a rapidly expanding organization based in Central Austin. This fully in-office role has opened due to growth and offers the opportunity to influence culture while ensuring smooth HR practices across the organization.

In this position, you’ll take on a wide range of HR responsibilities that support people and processes, including employee engagement and culture-building initiatives, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with 3+ years of professional HR experience. A strong understanding of HR fundamentals, employment regulations, and HR systems is important, as is the ability to communicate effectively and build trust with employees at all levels. Adaptability, organization, and a team-oriented mindset will set you up for success in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Manage employee relations and provide guidance on HR policies and programs.
