Utility Steward

Nestled on the shores of Lady Bird Lake, in the heart of downtown Austin is Hyatt Regency Austin – where caring for people to be their best is our purpose and the foundation of all that we do! We are in search of a reliable and organized Full-Time Utility Steward to join our Stewarding Team
.

Open, flexible availability including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays is required for this position.

The Utility Steward is primarily responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all hotel china, silverware, and cookware. This person will also help remove trash/waste from the culinary and back-of-house spaces, as well as restock soap stations. This role plays a key part in the operational success of the culinary and stewarding departments.

Previous Hyatt experience or similar hotel environment is not required but helpful.
