Summary:

Hyatt Regency Lost Pines is in search of a dynamic and enthusiastic leader to join our Food & Beverage team. As the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the resort’s food and beverage operations.

• Scheduling and Managing Operations: Oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

• 2+ years prior F&B leadership experience preferred
• Refined written and verbal communication skills
• Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred
• Service oriented style with professional presentation skills
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, administrative skills
• Open availability – must be able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong organizational skills
