Responsibilities

What You'll Do

* A Restaurant General Manager will oversee the overall operations of the bar or restaurant to ensure the outlet’s financial success with emphasis on maintaining team member and guest satisfaction results.

* Play a key role in recruiting and retaining talent by being involved in the hiring process, orientation, associate engagement, and performance management throughout the year.

* Develop and execute the strategic direction of the outlet to generate growth of the outlet while maintaining the highest quality of food and beverage standards.

* Collaborate with and build strong relationships with all departments to create a positive environment for associates.
