We are hiring a Steward to handle dishwashing and cleaning duties. The ideal candidate is friendly, courteous, helpful, timely, and professional, resulting in high guest satisfaction. Must be able to work weekends & holidays if needed. Celbramos candidatos que hablan espanol.

Job Responsibilities:

• Keeps the restaurant running smoothly by loading, running, and unloading the dish machine and always maintains clean tableware.
• Monitors the dish machine, keeps it clean, monitors the wash cycle to ensure it s sanitary and effective, and reports any problems immediately.
• Keeps the area clean and organized.
• Follows proper rules of hygiene and food safety measures

Requirement:

• Friendly and courteous
• Dependable
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and loud environment
• Able to stand for periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Have an eye for workplace safety
• Willing to work as part of a team, including some weekends and holidays
