Job Summary Cambria Downtown Austin is seeking a dependable and motivated
** AM Line Cook
** to join our Food & Beverage team. This position is responsible for preparing and executing breakfast and morning menu items while maintaining high standards of food quality, consistency, and cleanliness in a hotel kitchen environment.### Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook breakfast and AM menu items according to recipes and brand standards
* Set up and break down stations for morning service
* Ensure food is prepared in a timely, accurate, and consistent manner
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen, equipment, and workstations
* Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines
* Assist with prep work, inventory rotation, and stocking as needed
* Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen team members
* Support overall kitchen operations during peak service times### Qualifications
* Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred (hotel or breakfast experience a plus)
* Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
* Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
* Strong time management and multitasking skills
* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs###
