Front Desk Supervisor - Hilton Austin

Hilton Austin is looking for an ambitious front desk supervisor to assist their front office team.

Our hotel is located in downtown Austin, attached to the Austin Convention Center via covered walkway and within two blocks of East Sixth Street nightlife and the Rainey Street Historic District.

What will I be doing?
  • Provide guest service, guidance and leadership to ensure consistent customer service is provided.
  • Assign and instruct team members on details of work.
  • Monitor lobby traffic to make staffing adjustments accordingly.
  • Resolve customer complaints and train, supervise, schedule and assist in evaluating staff.
