Room attendants are responsible for cleaning and properly preparing guest rooms, spa, and public areas, ensuring the highest standards of quality for our guests. This position also reports any maintenance deficiencies and handles guest requests or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Essential Functions- Keep the guest rooms clean and tidy
- Restock guest room supplies and amenities
- Maintain eye contact when addressing external and internal guests
- Accommodate guests’ questions and concerns professionally and courteously
- Work independently without constant direct supervision and remain at assigned post for extended periods
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment
- Regularly attend, participate in, and support training and staff meetings
- Communicate to management any occurrences involving staff or guests that require attention
- Comply with LASR attendance policy
- Assist the laundry staff
- Report and document any observed safety hazards or engineering issues
