Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic leader to join our Food & Beverage team. As the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the resort’s food and beverage operations.

• 2+ years prior F&B Leadership experience preferred.
• Refined written and verbal communication skills.
• Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred.
• Service-oriented style with professional presentation skills.
• Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, administrative skills.
• This position requires open availability. Must be available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
