The Analyst, Clinical Applications. will play a pivotal role in supporting and optimizing the use of the EPIC and Provide Enterprise (PE) systems within our healthcare operations. This position requires an understanding of EPIC and PE functionality, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the effective utilization of Clinical Applications.

Essential
Job Duties
* Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 level support.
* Assist in implementing EPIC and PE systems, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into daily healthcare operations.
* Provide ongoing support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and address inquiries related to the EPIC and PE systems.
* Customize and configure the EPIC system to meet the specific needs of Vivent Health's healthcare professionals and administrators.
* Assist in development and delivery of training programs for end-users, ensuring they are proficient in utilizing the EPIC system.
* Oversee data integrity within the EPIC system, conduct regular audits, and implement measures to ensure accurate and secure health information.
* Assist with EPIC and PE system upgrades, ensuring compatibility with existing configurations and addressing potential issues.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to assess workflow processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement optimizations using EPIC or PE.
* Ensure compliance with health information technology security standards and HIPAA regulations within the EPIC and PE systems.
* Generate and analyze reports from the EPIC and PE systems, providing insights into healthcare data and performance metrics.
* Work closely with IT teams, clinicians, and administrators to align health information technology strategies with organizational goals.
* Other duties as assigned.
* Adhere to all agency policies, including but not limited to Confidentiality, Employee Handbook, Health Care Corporate Compliance Plan, Standards of Conduct, training, and other relevant policies.

KNOWLEDGE
REQUIRED:
Required and preferred knowledge and experiences to succeed.
* Education:
* Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Informatics, Health Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
* Epic Certification or documented proficiency required.
* Work Experience:
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with EPIC systems, including implementation, configuration, and user support.
* Technical
Experience:
* Understanding of HL7 interfaces.
* Microsoft Applications.
* Installation of Drivers, Software and computer peripherals.
