Position: Pharmacy Recruiter (Contract-to-Hire)

Overview

Shift Rx is hiring a Pharmacy Recruiter to drive growth on both sides of our marketplace—recruiting pharmacy owners to post jobs on our platform and sourcing licensed pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to fill those roles. This is a 3-month contract position with a path to full-time employment for high performers.

What You'll Do

Recruit independent pharmacy owners to post open positions on Shift Rx
Source and recruit licensed pharmacists and pharmacy technicians for PRN shifts and permanent placements
Build relationships with candidates and clients, guiding them through our onboarding process
Collaborate with our marketplace team to drive successful placements
Hit weekly outreach and placement targets

What We're Looking For

Pharmacy recruiting experience with a proven track record of results
Strong communication skills and a knack for building rapport
Self-motivated with a competitive drive
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Compensation

Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission
