• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care for a variety of functional medicine and aesthetic treatments, with a focus on bioidentical hormone therapy, thyroid management, women’s health and preventative health.
• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and monitor outcomes.
• Lead community engagement efforts to grow the practice, including workshops, events, and collaborations.
• Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) with engaging and educational content.
• Collaborate on email newsletters, promotional campaigns, and SEO strategies to increase patient engagement.
• Contribute to expanding the practice by building strong patient relationships and ensuring an exceptional patient experience.
• Partner with the team on innovative ways to enhance practice visibility and patient retention.

• 2+ years of experience in functional medicine, medical aesthetics, or related fields preferred.
• Passion for bioidentical hormone therapy, thyroid care, longevity, and preventive health.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with a proven ability to connect with patients and inspire a team.
• Marketing and social media experience is a plus.
