This full‑time role offers salary plus incentives and plays a key role in expanding our Medicare division.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit new Medicare agents and agencies nationwide
- Develop and grow a book of Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and ACA producers
- Identify high‑potential agents and build strategic growth plans to increase production and retention
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships through regular outreach, profiling, and support
- Drive production through calls, visits, campaigns, and industry events
- Collaborate with internal Medicare, life, and annuity teams to maximize cross‑selling opportunities
- Proven success recruiting and growing Medicare agents or agencies
- Strong working knowledge of Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and ACA products, commissions, and processes
- Track record of building relationships and increasing agent production
- Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Sales‑oriented, self‑directed, and relationship‑driven
- Basic understanding of life insurance and annuities is a plus
