## Description

* Job Summary:
** Texas Orthopedics is seeking an experienced, motivated Physician Liaison to join our Marketing team. This role serves as a vital link between Texas Orthopedics and the local physician community, fostering strong relationships that support referral growth and increase awareness of our specialists and services.
This is a part-time position (24 hours per week) focused primarily on in-person visits to medical offices throughout the greater Central Austin metro area. Company transportation is provided during the workday.

* Key Responsibilities:
*** Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with local physicians, advanced practice providers, and key office staff to promote Texas Orthopedics’ providers and services and to drive patient referrals.
* Identify and engage with new providers and practices to establish Texas Orthopedics as a preferred referral partner.
* Represent Texas Orthopedics at community events, networking opportunities, and professional gatherings.
* Track, analyze, and report referral trends and provide feedback to address concerns, enhance communication, and find growth opportunities.
* Arrange face-to-face meetings and lunches between new and established Texas Orthopedics doctors and their colleagues in the field in order to secure patient referrals and to build their practice within our organization.
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of provider interactions and referral activity within the physician relationship management platform.## Qualifications

* Qualifications:
*** Post–high school education preferred in healthcare, marketing, business, or a related field.
* Demonstrated ability to manage time and projects independently while meeting Marketing department goals.
* Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
* Proven confidence in building and maintaining professional relationships within the healthcare community.
* Strong understanding of the healthcare industry in Central Texas.
* Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
