Job SummaryThe Apprentice Behavior Analyst provides direct services and behavioral support to clients while actively developing their clinical skills under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role combines hands‑on client interaction with supervised clinical responsibilities, including conducting assessments, assisting in treatment and behavior plan development, data analysis, and progress monitoring. The Apprentice Behavior Analyst is accruing supervised fieldwork hours toward BCBA certification.
ResponsibilitiesReporting and Duties
- iesThe Apprentice Behavior Analyst reports to the supervising BCBA for clinical matters and to the Clinical Director or Program Director for administrative issu
- es. Reports to work promptly at 8:00 a.m. and completes work at 4:30 p.m., with occasional participation in before- or after-hours meetings or trainings as needed (approximately two per mont h). Works directly with clients to implement ABA-based programming while also participating in the clinical processes of program design, data analysis, and evaluation under supervisi

Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, applied behavior analysis, or a related field (Master’s coursework in ABA prefer - red). Enrollment in an accredited BCBA certification program and active pursuit of supervised fieldwork h
