This role involves managing MEL systems, strengthening partner capacities, and contributing to organizational learning. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years’ experience in an international NGO, with a strong background in MEL systems and frameworks. Proficiency in English and knowledge of MS Office and SPSS are required.
