Role Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Behavior Analyst to join our team at The Behavioral and Speech Institute of Texas, PLLC. This is a full-time, on-site position located in the Greater McAllen Area. As a Behavior Analyst, you will be instrumental in:

  • Developing and implementing effective behavior intervention plans.
  • Conducting thorough assessments and monitoring client progress.
  • Supervising behavior technicians while providing valuable guidance.
  • Offering education and training to parents and caregivers.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
  • Ensuring all practices are grounded in evidence-based methods.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
  • Strong proficiency in behavior management and intervention strategies.
  • Experience in parent education and support for caregivers.
  • BCBA certification and licensure in Texas (or eligibility for licensure).
  • Exceptional communication and organization skills.
  • Prior experience working with children, especially those diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
  • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus.
