RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

• 13-week contract assignment

• No on-call requirements

• Rotating weekend schedule

• Patient ratios: 1:4 in ED, 1:5 in behavioral health, 1:3 for cardiac/trauma cases

• Work with 48 private rooms, 27 hallway stretchers, 9 fast track areas, and 5 behavioral health units

• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, ENPC, TNCC, NIHSS

Preferred experience:

Meditech EMR, trauma, holding inpatient experience, CPI

• Equipment used:
Alaris pumps, Belmont and Level 1 rapid infusers, Stryker stretchers

• Typical procedures: splinting, EKGs, central monitoring, trauma assists, central lines, airway support, behavioral health de-escalation, morgan lens, rapid infuser, resuscitation

• Dress code:
Navy blue scrubs required for RN positions

• Must be a multitasker, team player, and self-starter

• Follow all established hospital policies and guidelines

The facility utilizes MEDITECH EMR systems and maintains modern emergency equipment including rapid infusers and advanced monitoring systems.
