As they expand their footprint, we are seeking a driven and experienced Territory Manager to join their growing commercial team.Role Overview

The Territory Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and market adoption of a cutting-edge orthopedic navigation system within a defined territory. You will serve as the primary liaison between the company and key customers, including orthopedic surgeons, hospital administrators, and surgical teams. This is a field-based role ideal for a self-starter with a passion for medical innovation and a proven track record in medical device sales.

Key

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
  • Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with orthopedic surgeons, hospital stakeholders, and surgical staff.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, clinical presentations, and hands-on training for healthcare professionals.
  • Provide in-theater support during initial surgical cases to ensure successful product adoption.
  • Gather customer feedback and relay insights to internal teams for ongoing product and service improvement.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and local meetings to enhance brand visibility.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in life sciences, business, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven success in medical device sales, ideally within orthopedics, surgical navigation, or a related sector.
  • Strong clinical aptitude and ability to communicate technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
  • Experience supporting surgical procedures in the operating room is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
