About the job Territory Manager (TX) - Orthopedics Our client is an innovative medical technology company specializing in advanced orthopedic navigation solutions. As they expand their footprint, we are seeking a driven and experienced Territory Manager to join their growing commercial team.Role Overview
The Territory Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and market adoption of a cutting-edge orthopedic navigation system within a defined territory. You will serve as the primary liaison between the company and key customers, including orthopedic surgeons, hospital administrators, and surgical teams. This is a field-based role ideal for a self-starter with a passion for medical innovation and a proven track record in medical device sales.
KeyResponsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
- Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with orthopedic surgeons, hospital stakeholders, and surgical staff.
- Conduct product demonstrations, clinical presentations, and hands-on training for healthcare professionals.
- Provide in-theater support during initial surgical cases to ensure successful product adoption.
- Gather customer feedback and relay insights to internal teams for ongoing product and service improvement.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and local meetings to enhance brand visibility.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards.
- Bachelors degree in life sciences, business, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven success in medical device sales, ideally within orthopedics, surgical navigation, or a related sector.
- Strong clinical aptitude and ability to communicate technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
- Experience supporting surgical procedures in the operating room is highly advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
