Overview
RA1SE is a community-based program that works with individuals ages 15-30 who have experienced a first episode of psychosis. This position is hybrid, with half of the hours dedicated to Skills Training (direct client work) and the other half dedicated to administrative duties at the office (attending and returning calls, updating spreadsheets, monitoring client appointments, and other duties as assigned).

Responsibilities- Provide recovery-focused, person-centered care with a trauma-informed perspective in accordance with the program's guidelines.
- Perform case management, assessment, and/or service coordination work as part of a dynamic crisis services environment.
- Administrative tasks including copying, scanning, reporting, and other duties under the direction of the supervisor.
- Provide continuity of care services and link consumers and families to needed resources.
- Coordinate, monitor, and update services and consumer goals; provide necessary skills training; assist in crisis prevention; and conduct community outreach as needed.
- Utilize crisis intervention tools and coordinate with consumers, first responders, and community stakeholders to address immediate mental health crises and plan for future crisis relapse prevention.
- Follow identified strategies for achieving unit performance measures and ensure high quality of care while efficiently utilizing resources.
- May carry an individual caseload and may require on-call responsibilities depending on unit protocols.
- Education:
Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field.
- Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Hours: Full-Time
- Workdays: Monday-Friday
- Workhours: 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Salary: $24.18 - $25.40 per hour based on education
