Position: Medical Assistant  (Part-Time)

Medici is building the future of preventive medicine where patients feel cared for like VIPs and clinicians get to practice at the top of their craft. Our Executive Health Center delivers an elevated, end-to-end exam experience using advanced diagnostics, AI-driven screenings, and comprehensive cardiovascular and performance testing. All in one streamlined visit with a personalized physician consult.

We’re also the team behind Dr. Gabi, our AI health companion app designed to bring intelligent, compassionate health guidance to more people every day. The Medical Assistant (MA) plays a critical support role in delivering Medici’s Executive Health Exam experience. Working under the direction of the Registered Nurse and Physician, the MA supports diagnostic workflows, patient flow, and clinical operations while ensuring a polished, calm, and efficient patient experience. This is a temporary, part‑time role (20 hours/week) running from January through September, with a strong possibility of transitioning into a permanent position based on performance and clinic needs.

The schedule is Monday–Thursday, morning shifts.
